Well... iceman asked for help with html, and that went well, we all helped him out (still helping at time of wrting)... Then, someone started asking me programming questions on the armagetron forums server... Then someone (I think locutus) came up with the idea of a programming section. Viola! We now have one! Now you can get help programming from your nice armagetron friends! Yeaaaaa!
