strange keyboard error?

Post by AshitakA »

Hi, I played arma and suddenly some of my keys didn't react in chat, like: "a" and "e". My keyboard definitely works fine. So it must be a result of a bug or be caused by an admin powerz.
Do you know more?

When you press the keys all alone? There are known hardware issues when you press multiple keys at a time.

I only press two or more at same time when i drive, but it's like that in chat: I write "later" and it shows "ltr". It happens one in a blue moon. I also dont remember what server it was. Could an admin do something like that?

No.
What version are you using? One or two of the snapshots had the problem of swallowing chat input between rounds.

Sounds like you may be hitting the alt key simultaneously, or locking it on. Try tapping both your alt keys next time this happens

Thy reversi, I will try it next time when it will happen, i hope never:).
I use 02832 but i heard its almost same like 02831: changes should be more interesting for those who want to run a server.
