Strange happenings

I was playing tron today and when I entered a server everything was lagging, and people were jumping on my screen, I asked if anyone else saw it but it was only me. So I went to another server to test if it was just that one, but it happens in every server i went to. I have no idea whats going on, so i recorded it and hope someone can tell me what happened.

From a casual first glance, this looks like massive packet loss or connection overload problems. I'll try to watch it more carefully again.

Definitely real world network trouble, perhaps a flooded connection?

A flooded connection could be it, but would that affect internet and transfer speeds to because those are the same as always.

Also when I go into a server when it says "syncing with server" half the time it freezes and ill have to end the proccess for it to close.

A recording of one of the freezes would be nice; they don't happen to me. Keep the recording going as long as possible (about a minute should be enough), maybe stuff is happening while your screen is frozen.

Well I got it to freeze, it took a few servers but when I entered Bugfarm it froze up. I kept it recording for a few minutes after.

I'm almost positive it isnt a flodded connection now. I downloaded version 0.2.8.2 and tried it online and it works as good as ever. But whenever I try 0.3 it either freezes or everyone in the server stops moving and their tails are invisible to me. So maybe not flooded connection but bug with 0.3?

I finally figured out what was wrong, well I found out where the problem was anyway, I deleted my user_3_0.cfg and reinstalled 0.3 and now it works fine. I can't see why that would do anything but .3 works as good as it ever did now.
