Inside or Outside

Post by Prey4Me »

Do you think the inside or the outside is the best place to make your kills?

Depends what kind of predator you are and what kind of prey you hunt.

i always preferred to make my kills inside the arena walls.

on the rare occasions i got outside i was almost always the only one there. also, for some reason the physics are different on the outside.

i was kidding slightly but not entirely. there are known ways to get outside the arena- check my thread "nest of angry wasps" where i posted the settings files as an example.

maybe the problem is you need to be more clear about the question you are trying to ask.

Seriously what I said early is true. I am not likely to take Zelig to the wall but I will take just about everyone else. Every player has a strength and a weakness, exploit as you see fit. Are you asking how to play certain players? That I could answer, but as of now to many possible answers for your question.

thx prey, i understand now... :star:

from what i've observed and experienced, becoming a grind master will take you a long ways but is still not good enough. so you can make a respectable career playing the games of chicken on the wall against players you know you can beat, but the top players all have strong inside games. they can rush into a scrap without a care in the world because at worst they know if they get boxed they can tread water until an opening appears, and at best they can frequently surprise other people (like myself) for quick kills, and rack up the pts.

players who force themselves into the middle eventually will train themselves to react quickly and recognize complicated patterns and know how to deal with them. such experienced players IMO should consistently outpoint outside players in multiperson matches.

Sometimes there is a move I want to do, and I know the odds are 90% that I'll die. I still have to try it anyway, I just can't resist- I'm a maze person at heart.

Getting back to prey4me's original question. I loveeeeee to go inside and stalk prey... so much fun, I think Yaza and I are very good at it, it seems to be rare to really go after someone. When on the ball, you can get a lot of points really quickly, how else can you win a match in 1 to to 2 games ? Inside is the only way to get lots of kills

If you want to make a kill inside, you must be faster than your enemie...but.if you want to make it by outside...you need good reflexes...because he can turn when he wants..so you need to be ready...but anyway..inside and outside is almost the same thing
