0.2.8.0 beta2 took over 0.2.7.1

Why did I lose 0.2.7.1 when I installed the beta?

Yeah...You can just download 2.7.1 again to kill beta2(or beta1).

Good question... I'm guessing it installed into the same directory, which would be an obvious reason why, but what's a beta doing installing into the primary directory?

Ha! I knew this would make trouble. I wanted to fix this for the future development versions, but I'll see whether I can do something for beta3.
Side note: even if you choose a different directory to install to, the beta installer would still overwrite your start menu entries.

I don't get why though. Before I got the beta2 I had 3 versions of aa, 0.2.7.0, 0.2.7.1, and a beta. They all got along fine.
Before I got the beta2, I uninstalled 0.2.7.0 but I wanted to keep 0.2.7.1 in case of bugs, or other things I wouldn't like about the beta.
The first beta was untouched, since it's saved onto a different harddrive but 0.2.7.1 completely disappeared.

So, you did specify an alternative installation directory manually and 0.2.7.1 disappeared anyway? :o

No, I put them in the same spot. But I did that with the others as well, and it didn't uninstall the earlier version.
Also I should mention that I reinstalled 0.2.7.1 into the same directory, and now they're both running fine.

:?: :?: :?:
What I'd consider "installing into the same directory" can't work; the files would overwrite each other. I suppose you mean you installed one into "C:\Progam Files\AA0271" and the other into "C:\Program Files\AA028beta2" and "C:\Program Files" is the common directory. Otherwise, there would be some weird quantum entanglement thing going on.
I'll check the installer script to see whether someone added an automatic call to the uninstaller (may have been me, of course).

What I mean is that I saved them both under C:\Program Files\Armageton Advanced. But they just saved under 2 seperate Armageton Advance folders. This time, the first one was deleted.
