The site is pointed towards localhost...
Point the site to your IP (check http://ipecho.net/) and be sure port 80 is port forwarded
EDIT: you probably already know this since you said the site was "OFF"

Youll need to set your domain names dns to your external ip. If you are behind a home router/firewall youll need to do two things to make it work. Step one, poke a hole in your firewall for port 80 (for unencrypted traffic) to the machine running the webserver, and update your dns records to your actual ip, which you can find out by asking google "What is my ip."

If you are on a home connection you should be aware that your IP address will occassionally change, so youll need to keep up with that. There are automated things which will do it for you depending on your dns service/os
