Armagetron Repository Reuploaded

All files are available here. I've uploaded all the files from the original repository server, along with having access to files on other servers as well. This will grab them all for you in one place.

It currently grabs files from these hosts. Note that my server (lightron.org) has all of the files from the original armagetron repository server thanks to Luke. Nothing is lost.

Currently it don't cache the files. If it actually starts being used I will, but it just sat there for a long time now.

Now it caches them. I figured it wouldn't take long to do so I just went ahead and did it. This will make the load on the server much lower as well as faster for people grabbing the files. So, yay!

Goal: One place has everything. Don't know if this will be possible, but for the most part we can try.
