Kicking me out for no reason!

Has anyone else been kicked out of a server for no reason, because it has already happened to me twice. Some random guys always say "hey maybe we should kick someone out, hey how about those people," and so usually it is me who gets kicked out!! Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me???
