Can anyone help me with config settings of Fortress?

I am trying to find fortress config settings for my friend for his server becuase he is doing a server with different gametypes to choose from.

Can anyone help me find the settings or does anyone know them?

include examples/cvs_test/fortress_complete.cfg
(plus explosion_radius 0.75 if you want the today's popular small holes)

I don't like when people recommend ladle settings, there are some very bad settings there if you "just want fort": you would have to log in to play and spectators are sort of silenced by default. Keeps a lot of players away.
(to fix those from there: default_shout_spectator 1 and access_level_play 20 can do it for you)
