It'll probably look like a farfetched idea for most of you, but I have faith in it.

It is managed by Titanoboa who will also, of course, play with the team in wars and ladles. In addition we will use an experieced, solid defender in ladles to avoid unnecessary losses and make sure we get as much time on the grid as possible, in a competitive environment. This leaves up to 4 positions for new/unestablished players to play on.
The goal is to give these players a platform to quickly improve, and when good enough, move on to established teams and become an addition to the fortress community as a whole.
If you're a new fortress player and would like to take the step to the next level, you can make a new thread in this forum and explain why you would like to join! We don't ask very much of our applicants to ~*Next Generation; only that you think fortress is fun and that you think you have what it takes to be the Next Generation of fortress.
