Changing Armagetron Advanced Textures and distribute them?

Hello dear Armagetron Advanced forum,
I have got a question. Do i have the permission(or any other user) to change some armagetron advanced textures and distribute them on the own homepage?

Certainly. The whole game is GPL'd Freeware, that includes the textures. Just be sure to credit the original creators when you really take the textures and modify them. If you create your own textures from scratch, that would not be required.
