Please note that moderator abuse is something that can be very subjective and generally occurs one on one. Therefore unless this sort of abuse affects the community at large, please do not post about it except as a last resort mechanism. Instead, please contact server owners and administrators directly either by PM or e-mail/msn/etc.
If you feel your abuse case affects the community at large (mass banning) or if you feel it absolutely necessary to report on your individual case because of extenuating circumstances, please post in that server's sub-forum if it exists.
