Well the last TST's were advertisted FAR more than this one, that's what I meant. I just watched the finals recording and gotta say I'm disgusted by some of the spectators (syllabear: lets all RQ when liz wins, gluggsel: liz wins her own tourney, how serious is this) bitter losers much? So disappointed.

Congratulations to the winners!

Is there any reason that the TST isn't played every month? I know it takes a lot of organization, but if someone just put up a wiki page it could be done in a self-organizing way. There almost certainly is enough interest.

Every month would get boring, very boring. At least every 3/4 months sounds reasonable to me.

That is what I thought would happen with the WST...not quite.

I agree; it would get way boring. I noticed Deso settings up maybe a Fortress Cafe tournament maybe...?

Wtf is a fort cafe tournament....? It's plain 6v6 fortress with a few adjusted settings.

Keep the other tournament talk out of here.

I've noticed too that the spawnpoints are a bit different from regular sumo zones, where it's usually something like

...2
.3..4
...1

while in TST it's more like

...3
.2..4
...1

And yeah there is an advantage for the team with the most points, in my experience. Not as obvious when there are 4 teams in the zone though.

Actually it should be something like

Code: Select all

   4
  2 3
   1

I never notice the spawnpoints, they don't bother me I guess? But interesting nontheless.

(Brackets are filled btw)
