ever heard of blink-182 or pluss 44 or bands like that..they got some good songs, check them out, you would probably like them dubs.

Guys, get out of mainstream rock. Modern styles of music have lost the talent needed to write and play real music. And the themes of today's music is just Sex, Drugs and, in the metal culture, we are pathetic creatures who are going die. With Arena Rock appearing in the 70's, bands since then have just went downhill. It is all about pumping out sounds that sound good LOUD and mainstream enough no one can complain.

Move on people.

Mainstream music is determined by the amount of people that listen to it; after all it's called popular music for a reason =] However, just because millions of people listen to a certain type of music or band doesn't make them any less important or original than others... Idd, there are a lot of artists out there that do copycat and have nothing "outstanding" to offer, but you can't put all mainstream artists under one umbrella..

@ INW - I like blink-182 xD Travis is a lege :d, never heard of pluss 44 though, will have to check them out

@ Maz - ty for sharing, I'll listen when it's not 6am xD and post back ^_^

@ pie goes moo - there's nothing wrong with listening to Michael Jackson, don't make his name tiny =(

sum 41 pluss 44 are bands that r basically sub bands of blink...sorta the same guys a few new guys here and there but basically the same band 3 times XD

blink is the better of the three cuz it took the better guys from the bands

basically when blink split up, they splut into sum 41 and plus 44

now they r back

Hell yeah it is.

I checked out "Oblivion". It made me want to listen to Bob Mould's earlier stuff. Also, Slowcoaster rocks. My friend has been trying to get me into them for a while. I think that link succeeded.
