stereoscopic tron

Post by 2020 »

is anyone out there interested in produced 3D arma?

my screen is large enough to hold two large screens of a game
with the difference between them being a few degrees in angle
and thus
if i focus through them
my mind will combine a true 3d image

how complex would it be to write a patch that does this

and

Code: Select all

CAMERA_EYE_DISTANCE .3
(Requires colored glasses. Doing your thing would probably be just as easy.)

I understood that. Still, it should be easy to go to there from the official code. Just change the color mask stuff with setting different viewports. But honestly, I don't think this works for moving pictures without prism glasses. Your eyes will just randomly drop out of it.

you can change the settings of the graphic-cards if you have one computer for each display. So one can look green and the other one red.

Actually I've tried it with little movies, which worked out alright. But then I'm good at this. :)
