Need good help. Badly.

I'm new to Armagetron, and because the Local Games suck (the AI always camps and it's nearly impossible to grind), I play Internet games. Normally I play in Norm's Place, because it's just the plain, normal, game, and you can grind, but the problem is, I'm not that good.

So I lied. I'm not completely new. I have played before at computer camps, but I suck compared to everyone else online.

I just asked someone for a good strategy, and someone said, "Look up double-binding." Is this a cheap trick to get me kicked, or is a good strategy? What is it? How do you do it? I have done a forum search, but the explanation has been very unclear to me. Can someone please help me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
