This has to be the most retarded thing ever incorporated into the game. All it does is clutter up the screen and allow adolescent idiots to kick people, then, on top of that, retarded server operators set things up so that you can't even get back on the server. There should be a KickTard counter that Kicks the guy calling for the kicks if he does it more than twice in a row during a match.

This really makes for utterly sad gameplay, and only total retards even call for Kicks, and bigger retards vote on them.

There is. Kick votes are treated as spam just like chat.

Without kick votes, people would be allowed to act like total idiots without any possibility to act against them on moderatorless servers. Sure, moderated servers are better, but kick votes, configured correctly, are better than no kick votes.

there is a very good reason for having a kick system, especially if an admin isnt around. if someone is abusing the code of conduct in the game the people playing should have the right to silence him. I myself find the
kick system very usefull when no admins are in play, and although there is a potential for abuse, for the most part the system works.

Another point is that your asking the wrong people. having a kick system is the right of server owners to chose to use or not, so perhaps you should be talking with admins of the server you play on and not the development team.

I think there should be a kick system because ppl would camp and no one would be able to do anything. They might be able to win by camping and that is a cheap way to win.
