While true, the effect of repeated spills is cumulative. I'm guessing the ocean's rubber gauge is hovering around 0.7 right now. Let's try and not core dump the hydrosphere anymore.

It didn't fail exactly, but released methane ice blocked up the dome making it temporarily impossible to put into position. If they can extract/melt the ice they can try to replace it. Although, something about changing winds is now making things worse...
