Good points, Lucifer. I would never argue that such things cannot be enjoyed without a clan. I am not that naive or stupid. I would only argue that for some of us, the social grouping can be a very positive experience. I would never argue that clans are necessary, or even desirable for many people. I merely wanted to posit forward that for some of us, clans enhance the fun of the game. I think we can both agree that social grouping likes clans are unavoidable. I just wanted to show what is another benefit that some of us enjoy. I also tend to play in servers where friends are playing. I just have found a higher level of intimacy with my clan mates. In private, we tend to open up even more than any of us would in public.
Lucifer, I am NOT saying that you can't enjoy anything you could do in a clan without one. I am merely trying to get you to acknowledge the idea that some of us like being in a clan for reasons for reasons that are positive.
