it is technically possible yes (but i have absolutely no clue how to do it practically... well hmm that's a small lie but still - ok hold your horses i'll see if anybody has done this for phpBB yet) - i like it and would like to use it myself in the future so i'll look into it

although the idea of serverside cookies is an easy one it can be hard to implement so be (extremely) patient ok? :D

you can bump this later in case nothing happens from my side (but don't bump Tank as he has lots of other stuff to do)

yes i was about to post that update...........

when Tank has finished his vacation, has the time and wants to do this and if it works (pretty sure it will), it will be done, i.e. be patient iceman, Tank isn't paid to work on this forum (actually he lays out the cost of keeping it up) :D

otherwise it was kinda funny he was named R45 lol :mrgreen:
