Awesome tourny, even better than the last one. Had great fun so thanks deso :)

Then I need to thank everyone who showed up for starbucks, and maybe even more those who played for us so well, so thanks Potter, Gazelle, animal, AI, Word (oops two pRu), 2020, prestige, izzi, luffy and over (oops two R)

And finally, good matches too the other teams we played: SP were definately the hardest foe today, deserved a win for their abilities, unk, we had good matches with you, we managed to get you back :D. sa really impressed me today, well done! CT, good match!

was much less stressful than ladles
for sure
much fun :)
gz to all for keeping the timing fairly close to correct
and sp for winning of course :)

thanks syllabear for allowing me to play
and hopefully silly puddy will get its act together soon

brackets very confusing
especially the bit about when a team hits the semis
and when the best of three matches begins...

sad the most common sweep strategy is becoming a very boring castle sweep with straight lines. Did you have fun making that kind of sweeping? :/

As is commonly understood, it is the next innovative idea which works that defines the tactical ideas for teams until the next bright idea comes along. That's how the game has game has been evolving thus far anyway

But I know what you mean, it doesn't mean that it leads to games being a bit dull. Flex had the idea of holding a fort tournament with smaller tails and no holes, so that a lot of the emphasis was placed upon cutting, something which is becomming a bit of a lost art amongst all these sweep boxes, no point holes and center attacks.

I think a tournament like that would be really fun, it could even run every 3rd sunday of the month which would give a nice dynamic to fort (especially as I have this sense that people are becomming less interested in the ladles lately)
