An uneducated guess would put Dutch above English. Not only do we have more forms of words (I eat = ik eet; they eat = zij eten), but you can and should also combine words into one. Video game = videospel.

I eat: Yo como; they eat = ellos (o ellas) comen ... and then some.
Video game = videojuego.

A cursory bit of searching found that most support was for English encompassing the most words, and for that reason of encompassment—it's an inclusive "trading language" rather than an insular language.

"QFT" (although I don't quite think I would use the word "scare.") This is a game that should, at least in some respects, appeal to girls and women, but the community has become so troglodytic that it's a repulsive atmosphere. There's also the "quick twitch" aspect, which tends to favour males, especially boys. Yes, these are generalised statements, and I am a feminist.
