@kyle I don't know why the custom connect to my NY servers doesn't work. I verified the dns information 66.45.244.50 and the server ports that the servers are running on. Also I verified that ny.theserverpharm.net points to the proper ip address. But, when I try to custom connect to these servers it does not work either. I can connect to them via the normal master list. Perhaps you can shed some light on this? I have used this same dns for my ladle server that is still currently running on port 4551 with no trouble.

actually i used your IP instead of the domain name. I just updated the list again with the domain name and it did not work. but the IP worked fine. I'm wondering if you have server_DNS set right

the teams were all randomized after the servers were set

just the luck of the draw that you got bye's in the first round of each
if you want to see the messy (but works) code that randomizes teams

Does it really matter that much? I usually have to play in European servers and I receive little lag other than a few slides...Not to mention I'm playing on a laptop using WiFi connection...

ChrisGW; What are you talking about? You're not even playing on TheServerPharm 4 [NY]. Brokensilence is playing on MY server, which is in France. Notice the bold text? TheServerPharm 4 [NY] is only a backup in case both teams are US or in the event that my server goes down. The top bolded server is the main one.

It was random and if you ended up on a American server for the opening round, TOO BAD. Lucky for you; it isn't an American server, yet you feel the need to complain and make it obvious that you're only concerned about your own ping. Next time look proplerly. Also if you think it's laggy on an American server, how do you think the Americans feel playing on a EU server? The brackets are equal, so each team plays on both EU and US at one point.

You're against team Plus/Wild West and they're mostly Americans, should I change it to a US server to please them?

It's kind of funny, flex. With your last post, I am reminded of the fact that the fortress team I coach, Wild West, which is mostly Americans, has only started in an American server a few times in the ladle. We almost always seem to start in a Euro server, but, np, it is part of the game.
