LOL - I wish

When I got it, I used it to get to work so my wife had my Van in case she needed to go out with the kids.

Now Divorce is pending, wife lives 800 miles away with the father of her 3rd child, I'm home alone with my 2 kids, so the Volare is perma-parked.

I'll start it once a month or so if I remmeber to make sure it still starts, but I've only driven it once in the last 3 months.

They are 4 and 5 - they know they have a little brother (his 1st birthday is today actaully), but they don't know that I'm not his biological father. They do think that I'm his "Daddy" (and compared to all the other guy has done (read as bought one pack of diapers and one can of formula), I'm more of a daddy than he'll ever be). "Mommy" isn't even watching her kid - her mother is - so she's not only 800 miles away, but she has no responsibilities once again (just the way she likes it)

It isn't something that I trust as transportation for kids. I think it will fall apart one day and don't want them in it when it does.

Yeah - It has about 130k miles on it, only about 2k has been added since I aquired it 16 months ago.

It still needs new mufler pipes (loud as all hell). And needs lots of body work before it can be re-sold for someone other than a junk-yard.

I've put in about $1k into it trying to fix it up (brakes, tires, caurberator, even the little wiper motor needed replacing)

I'll try to get a picture of the car taken and scanned in so I can post it one day.
