lynx? yeah, that was a nice program in its day. but i don't use the C64 much anymore and especially don't do file-compression on that thing anymore. i just fire up the emulator and use the image, inefficient or no...

I knwo what lynx is and I too use it
It's a text based web browser.
Handy if you don't want to (or can't) fire up X-windows.
