somehow some cgi form mail script got installed onto my icemans.net site ???? and these scripts are known for abuse from outsiders

so if you find you have received any spam from my site please trash it

the scripts have been removed but im still not sure how they appeared but might have been automatically installed when I created the sub domains within the last few days.

im looking into the problem

I've been getting the "Everyone Benefits" spam to the email address I used to send you that moviepack, but I doubt that's your fault—not sure how it could be.

There's another site—that of a buddy's band—which made that email public in their guestbook, and that's likely the culprit ("spiders" are what they're called, right?). I need to remember to get him to delete it. It sure is obnoxious, though. That email received zero spam until this.

yeah most likely that was a spider you should be able to setup some rule to send 'everyone benefits' directly to the trash can
