Both sign-ups are full, so you can either put your name down for the wait list or as a sub, only difference is, wait list gets the next spot if a person decides to drop out. Subs are people who get added to the authority.cfg and have to find spot on tournament day.

btw about the timetable adding CEST times (central european standard time; GMT+2) would be helpful for most europeans to not get their time wrong which happens quite often in the summer months

Soul was next in line technically for euro since he was signed up under subs. you can go on euro wait list or u can sign up as a sub.
