Yes. It's impossible to automatically ban all IP obfuscation methods. Open proxies are relatively easy, but VPN based methods are indistinguishable from regular NAT based access, for example. The only way to reliably keep you out would be to ramp up the forced moderation; verify user accounts before they can post and things like that. As far as your statement I want you to tear down your fence and allow free use of your forum with no threat of bans to anyone. Frankly it wont matter before too long when they shut down the internet but until then let your people know freedom and seeing as my shit is still here i too am one of your people. I pray for you people and wish that peace is with you in your decision making. You cant shake me off and soon enough i will call on you to rise up against tyranny here and in the world in which we live. peace and love brother.
