we did not have a January ladle last year because, we decided with holidays around that time and i guess we still were not set on having it every month so we opted out

On a different note, are the team leaders included in the cfg file or are we supposed to do that ourselves? (Would help if they were included :/)

There will be an authority to RINCLUDE, posted before the Ladle.

It is just not there yet, but you can add it if you would like. so when it is you just have to restart server.

If there's loads of players for one country (say England for example), we can make two Team England teams. If there's not enough players to make up a team (like that Australian player whatever his name is) there could be a team of misfits etc. America could have like east & west coast teams?

Maybe not for ladle 29, but it could be a fun idea? We could do it in sync for the world cup, that'd be funny

I never understood this logic, If a country like England gets two teams, then either they should do the same thing as US (west and east coast or north and south,) or US shouldn't have to divide into regions either. Yes, US is a big country, but if that is your reasoning, then where do you put the limit? On a country the size of Poland? France? Mexico? Brazil?
