How is it illegal for people 14 and under to use this forum?

On another note you do know it VIOLATES the terms of use agreement you agreed to by posting the above picture, and therefore are eligible to be banned from using these forums. Hell the focus of this topic could be enough of a violation, be it a legit "hacking" program or a key logger.

Z-Man, Van-hayes, and other dumb **** retards, it is NOT a keylogger.
I assume you got that from the Gunz Factor forums, none of them ever confirmed it to be a keylogger and only assumed it because there are alot of keyloggers put in Gunz hacking programs.
