New server, setting suggestions

any chance of cycle_rubber 20 and cycle_ping_rubber 20 ?

yes I did, I also tried doing the command FIRST_RUN I believe the command was called.
and it set a bunch of default settings.

I have the server running now, with the custom server name, and I guess I could create a config file, with all the server commands I need that are listed when running the server with the --doc option.

and then load the dedicated server with the option to load the config file(this part I haven't looked into enough yet)
