Linux vs Windows Version

Anything about how you get those awesome core-dumps, or why you don't get them...

I'm just in the process of switching to linux for my gaming PC. It's been a week I guess and I haven't had to resort to booting Windows since I booted Linux. (It's been dual boot ages.) Of course, all I've tried to play so far is HL2, CS:S, and UT2k4, but they all work fine. (Albeit slightly reduced performance with my ATI card...)

UT2k4 is native, but I've been doing HL2/CS:S with Cedega, yes.
