umm i think the email notification is broken

What do you want to see here? Some more categories, forums, and mods? Hmm...

Even all I have it is book marked. And I've been over this a thousand times, I run the mail server on my home connection and because of that, it can't send to all mail servers. So, somepeople get notification, others don't. Just how it works...
