Could at least give it a shot. Works fine for me and I'm all the way over in New York and it's in Sweden.
Why? The protocol is udp, and I increased the send rate to 16, so it's sending more packets, so if some get lost then there are more that make it through. Plus, I practically guarentee it's got a hell of a lot more CPU behind it, which acording to my theory also reduces lag. And, well, who knows really...
Prey: you're out of luck then. You're screwed cause all the servers have too much lag for you ! HAHAHAHAHAHA. I recomend you start learning to play with lag. Imagine how it is for n54 living in Norway and playing on a server that's west coast! He's got to have a lot more lag than you, and he's still fantastic. Either that, or start your own server, that way you can stop complaining.
lol yeah i can usually deal with goshdarn lag, but i can't stand it when i make a simply grind and just explode against the wall, i guess i just need to learn to turn before i usually would on servers such as yours

I think that is the right track. It is proven that whenever someone either enters the grid or leaves the grid, 'lag' can be observed during the process. Constant spam can also create lag, but it would have to be A LOT of CONSTANT spamming. I think if lag has appeared to be getting greater, it would only mean that more people are interested in goshdarn. Coming and going as they please, leaving us with the 'lagslides', 'lag bombs', and ''glitches', that you would only see in the Matrix.
We are here today to talk about tomorrow. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow will soon be today.
