Well our server hoster owns a super computer I will talk to him about making a sumo and a spoon server but we haven't tested out how many servers his computer can hold but will look into it ok.

o yeah if you want one can you refer me to the code to get a sumo and spoon server so he doesn't have to use a lot of time to figure it out?

Spoon servers usually are close clones of CVS Fortress, so follow the instructions on the WIKI (at the bottom of the page):

For Sumo, just do the same, but include sumo_complete.cfg instead of fortress_complete.cfg. That's to get you started, you'll brobably want to tweak the settings.

For info on how many servers on one computer (bandwith aside) my system seems to handle 5 ok, generally at any time there are playes in 2-3 of them.
