If you're to write all that in the grid, you'll have days, i mean DAYS (24/7) of fun trying and dying and starting all over again

I vote for the mona lisa, though i doubt Icemans 10 FPS can do taht

Ok, so I can't do this in a server alone. Since the bots seem to ruin it. Any suggestions for settings? I'm computer stupid.

Do it on swampland. It doesn't count unless you do it in a server with people trying to kill you.

Doing a name is not the same as doing a picture. And I'm not apposed to doing it on a server, just not one with bots. I'd like it with people more.

Well, I mean, I suggested this, and I see nothing wrong with doing it locally with your own settings. Turn the rubber way up, give yourself infinite time and brakes. Slow the speed. I don't care. Doing it in a real server might make it more impressive, but it doesn't really matter. I just thought it might be neat to see some pictures (actual pictures; not names or designs) done with AA. That's all.

there's no way I could do mono lisa in a server game with my low fps, its gonna have to be in a local game with 0 bots sorry

OK, here we go...sorta. I had this filed away from awhile ago and had forgotten about it. I didn't actually make this deliberately, but it ended up looking kind of like a wacky, futuristic piano, no? I desaturated and inverted it because I thought it looked cooler that way.

I have a particular search pattern that happens to simplify to a swastika. I usually figure out it's about to form a swastika before it does and stop it, but it lets me search a box for a way out without creating an un-navigable mess, and then I spiral around it while I wait for the box to die down. I'll bet the whole pattern expanded would look pretty neat, I'll try to draw it in its entirety next time I play (which could be awhile). (I'm well aware the nazis perverted what was otherwise a peaceful and beautiful symbol, so no, I don't consider it an offensive symbol, I just don't want to irritate other players with it when I only need two of the four points to get a good search of the area)

Lucifer, have you not played with tard much? He frequently makes a swastika/Tibetan symbol (

) within which to roulette. Actually, funny story: I remember long ago, the first time I ever saw him in a server, I entered, he had apparently been making them for awhile, and a couple people were yelling, "he's a Nazi! This guy is a Nazi!" and cursing at him. I'll take his word that he's not actually a Nazi, heh. "It's just a design," as he says.

Oh, it's also my understanding the the Nazi swastika was a horizontal reverse of the original—or at least one of the originals, as a few different peoples have used it, from Tibetans to some NA people I can't recall.

You're right about several things os, and wrong about one.

The swastika is virtually a universal symbol, it shows up in many cultures around the world, including ancient american cultures.

Anyway, mine turn either clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on numerous factors. I make them for a very similar reason to 'Tard's, actually. He makes them because he doesn't use glance keys. I use glance keys, but we do them for the same reason. The advantage, no matter what, is that in a tight box you may not have time to use glance keys without crashing, and that particular pattern takes care of the problem. It also gives you automatic landmarks so you can easily find your way out afterwards.

I think I noted that the symbol has been used by many peoples/cultures (NA = Native American). I was just sloppy with my wording. What I was trying to say: I seem to recall that Hitler got the idea of using the swastika from one specific people's use of it (and now I'm thinking, duh, it was probably early Germanic/Saxon), but reversed the direction that specific one was faced. I could be totally wrong about that part, though.

I was sure you had played many hours with tard. 'Twas a rhetorical question.

Finally, after that post I remembered that I also sometimes do a thing that looks like fattened swastika (done with LL RR R, repeated). To wit, a screenshot. There's nothing in the shot for scale, but it's done small:

Luci, your only half right to... he uses them to make fun mazes 95% of the time...

On a side note, Tard (along with Zig, BoB, devnull etc) is one of the people i enjoy playing tron with most and have playing with VERY VERY much haha... Hes a real nice guy just want to clear this up. People were tlaking shit about him cuz his swastika and his STFU instachat.. hes a nice guy and jsut cuz one quote or fun maze dosnt mean you have to be a dick to him...... (not you guys but everyone in general) Most people say hes nice but you get the occasional, "TARDS RACIST AND SAYS STFU TO EVERYONE AND SUCKS"... just wanted to clear that up..
