Um, I'm about to taste some stirfry. Shiitake, tofu, snow peas, carrots, orange and yellow bell pepper, cabbage, udon noodle; garlic, ginger, coriander, peanut sauce, soy sauce, veg stock, Sriracha, scallions.

Indian-style Chinese noodles. Yep, you guess it, basically ramen noodles with masala seasoning bought at the Indian Market up the street.

Hmm, thinking I'll make some masala dal tomorrow night.

Aftertasting a natural peanut butter and punkin seed sammich on multigrain whole wheat, dried figs and apricots, and this (which I just found out is owned by Coca-Cola so no more of that).
