there will be sign ups open for free agents, which will be at the midseason break (November 18)
Re: Introducing the International Sumo League
Since no one has brought this up, what about possible conflicting issues with the Brawl that occurs on every second Saturday of the month?
BRAWL dead. RIP.

yeah that'd be so damaging to that extremely active tournament with all the teams that enterOverrated wrote:Since no one has brought this up, what about possible conflicting issues with the Brawl that occurs on every second Saturday of the month?
Re: Introducing the International Sumo League
and it'll be pretty easy to schedule the 1-hour matches either before or after a tournament with as few rounds as that.
I'm going to make some definite rules on make-up games before the draft this weekend, but there's going to be the possibility for individual games to be played in advance of the scheduled match or after it. Also, with a game being 12 minutes long, I can imagine someone playing in both a tournament and their league match.
(I'm calling each 1v1 sumo a game, and the best of 5 a match. two players compete in each game, two teams face each other in a match).

Re: Introducing the International Sumo League

Re: Introducing the International Sumo League
Ditto. I recently had some things come up. I'm only like 90% sure I'd be able to make every game at those time listed. I'd really like to play because it seems like so much fun, but alas I'm afraid of commitment and don't want to disappoint anyone. I'd take the last captain spot though if we could push the draft back by 2 hours.Shock wrote:I'm especially excited for the team unity weekend retreats!

Re: Introducing the International Sumo League
I'd be very glad to take someone's spot, would love to take part for sure
only if it's not against the rules ofc.
I know I won't make on weekend tho (spending it in Rome), but all the others would work for me.. So Concord, would subbing like this work?

It's yours now. I'm going to tell Concord to make it official. Good luck in the league.PyrrhicVictory wrote:I'd be very glad to take someone's spot, would love to take part for sureonly if it's not against the rules ofc.
