IMO there should be more awards... Sumo and Fort are the most popular game modes, but are not the only game modes.

Feel free to make your own awards concerning other game types. We only chose fortress/sumo because those were the only game types any of us actually knew anything about, and it's hard to choose the correct categories and nominees for something you know nothing about. We'd be honored if someone followed our example and made awards for other game types.

Here are the nominees for our 34 categories:
We chose our nominees based on performance throughout the entire year. We passed over many good candidates simply because they only very recently became good late in the year.
The categories and nominees were chosen over the course of 2 days and about 20 combined hours by appa, woned, deso, insa, btd, and lanfear.

Also, to those who we sent pms to and haven't responded yet, voting officially ends with this post. We'll post the final results on the 8th, the day before the Ladle.

Yeah, that was a category a lot of us were unsure about. They need to make a list somewhere of all the singlebinders. We would've put you had we remembered.

I'm a little disappointed I didn't make Influential on the Tron Community; I spend a lot of time, and effort making videos for the entertainment of the community, more than I should anyway. Anyway, I'm not trying to be argumentative, I just assume I'd be a little appreciated.

We made mistakes... This isn't end all be all, but I wish we could go back to fix these mistakes. Please keep posting your thoughts. There indeed will be more Tronnies in the future!

That's why I don't like the outcome of things like this. People who think they deserve it (not only Pr3 in this case) change their views about tron. IMHO, you should include explanations. If you just put names on the list, many will be pretty disappointed. Just a few words per person would be enough like 'If he loses space, it's just a little edge. (Best defense, bla bla)

Also, try to keep the secret voters equal about EU and USA. There are only USA's, and they don't always see what EU's see, you know?

But anyway, cool categories. But in the future, how about an award for every game type, if you can get the people to help you? (BIG IF) Maybe even stick in an award for best map designer of the past year.
