Still, there are some decisions to be made, like should one player attack the other zones, or just put pressure on their ring from the outside while keeping "leeches/vultures" out?

Actually, I can't think of any more things to do in team sumo. Grind everything! And 180 some more!

Oh wait, there is that little bit about closing the spawn point too.

Um...

There's a lot more teamplay in 2v2v2v2 than in 10v10, which is has been seen shockingly often lately.

16vs16 games of fort ftl. Less team play, more teekay :/

There is so much team play that could be executed in team sumo imo and
I don't think you can say one or the other has more team work just like you can't say a soccer team uses more team work than a doubles tennis players or a pair of beach volleyball players.
They are different games!

Actually I was going to make a tennis reference.

But maybe we can talk about team sumo strategy? Has there been a thread before? It's interesting.

Best team sumo strategy: Stay in the circle, don't hit the walls.

I am going to be one of the next tst champions.

If the zones didn't shrink, you'd get some teamplay.

Because they do, all the strategizing goes out the window as soon as the zone becomes a little cramped. "Now I just gotta survive!"

So far these are the teams that are signed up (some of them not confirmed). The ones I bolded are the teams to watch out for in my opinion. So far I think the winners are either going to be Justin & Aaron (assuming they are Durka and Sagelord, or some other ridiculous TX combo); or Viper and Psyko. What are everyone else's thoughts?

Let me remind you that you should give VALID emails. If you are unsure about your partner's email or if you don't even know it, please WAIT until you know it. It will be a lot faster for you to register and confirm both of your emails. If you give a false email, you will have to wait for me to change the email in the database, and send the email by hand, then for your partner to turn up and confirm. Yes, mistakes happen and are forgivable, but please, please please, don't give idk@idk.com *wink wink* if you don't know your partner's email.

Thanks and good luck.

PS: preferences and admission if all the spots are confirmed(=taken) are considered against your confirming date, instead of your subscription date.

Just because each round has a time limit still doesn't mean you can't have any strategies.
Yea once you're in a cramped situation you don't have much of a choice but you have a plenty of options until the round gets crampy like that.
