Yes, thanks for pointing that out. Try this instead:

Code: Select all

SERVER_NAME 0x00ffff1ON1 Sumo Knockout 1 0x0000ff(0xffffffname #10x0000ff)

I updated the config file. If you spot any errors or mistakes, let me know. This should be the final one.

http://wiki.armagetronad.net/index.php? ... igurations

There's two config files, but you only need to load skt1.cfg.

sumokt1_complete.cfg is JUST the map. skt1.cfg contains the access settings and GID list of the players and also loads the map, with it. This way it's easy to just load skt1_complete.cfg when you only want the map settings on your server and not a bunch of user levels and access levels, that was made only for the tournament.

All participating players MUST be able to login with their Global ID in order to play! Please make sure your Global ID is working and you know how to authenticate and be able to login on Sunday!

We've enabled ACCESS_LEVEL_PLAY 8 which requires everyone to login before being able to play. This is so we can actually have 16 simultaneous matches at once, without having to have 16 administrators, but only trusted team leaders, mods and two or three admins keeping an eye out for trouble & problems.

Also servers admins are recommended to reload the config files in case newly added players are included. (It's important that it's up to date.)

I don't know about the other servers, but compguygene's server is very laggy and spikey for some reason. This seems to be a universal problem because I NEVER lag or anything, well, rarely and even if I do it's not a problem. So please, no ****** up servers. :(

Brackets are up. Anyone who can not make it, please notify us so we can replace you with a substitute. Check the times and make sure to turn up five minutes early and specially ensure you're on time.

Good luck to everyone!

I made another server list, because http://crazy-tronners.com/1on1 is not working.

In addition to the web server list, I have a real subculture running.

Go to Network Game→Subcultures→Edit Subcultures and edit a new entry. The settings are:
  • Name: 1ON1 Sumo Knockout Servers
  • Address: generalconsumption.org
  • Server Port: 4533
