I agree with madmax. This problem should be addressed, as this allows allot of people to leach points and makes the game quite frustrating.

I think the best way to solve this would be to reduce the amount of points you win for when you take points from the other zones. Like instead of getting 100, you get 50 or 40. Basically you get rewarded and also not rewarded for doing almost nothing.
