Err, why should we register? I don't really see the point in having another general purpose forum for this game. It makes sense for clans and language communities to have their own forums, sure, but as far as I'm concerned, this is the only general purpose forum I'll register for. Nothing personal here, it's just that every forum sucks time away.
Plus, there are just too many strange things about that site. What does a message board skin database have to do with Tron?

And it's not newsworthy that you're on Wikipedia if you put yourself up there.

It's already marked for speedy deletion. Wait, it progressed beyond that while I was deleting spam on our wiki.

Regarding tank/z (not) registering there, don't forget that many people have contributed to this game (the AUTHORS file lists over 20 people and a few companies). Why would you pick just them? Not that it's worse than asking us all.

And then say

While wiki has over 1.6 million articles in English(and counting)?

It only sucks for scientific referations... In other cases it's just fine man..

I hope Tank's employer doesn't see it.

In other news, you got the game known as "Armagetron Advanced" with no content or features locked up, and you got the source code with it. Why, then, did you make forums that lock up content from people?

And what does your site have that the other forums/sites don't have???????
Why should we sign up to another site if it has the same information the
others do?
Why should we have to make five posts to see information other sites give
for nothing?

May I ask what that video is for? It definately doesn't teach anything. You can't see anything that you write. It's just a few minutes of you playing in the ID Server...

I cant believe you come here and have the guts to disrespect tanks site like that, after he acted so decent. Tank may not be perfect but he does a great job of moderating this place, and to call him or his site unprofessional... its insulting.

Also if you have 10 non spam posts in this thread dr joe tron will give you the same picture above in a different color set! (nonrefundable ,limited quantities, dr joe tron doesnt have to give you anything)

@Joe- It is one of the largest databases on the net for forums.
Not trying to wave my internet penis around. But I belong to a much bigger forum and database than yours. With 90,000+ users, 48,888,539 total posts. and 43,257,435 archived posts.

Last time i checked you had about 89 users and with 390 posts.

Get in line pal

I would call it character. Something which your place seems to lack. In essence you're trying to do what I did about 3 years ago. The difference is our attitudes, and that's why you're going to fail while us here are still going strong. See if you can figure it out. If you can't I'll give you some more hints.

DrJoe, you're irreplaceable in some strange way :)

I normally would suggest everyone to calm down, but somehow I don't feel like it. Code Hunter: I'd suggest you write and read a "how to make friends on the internet" tutorial on your site.

Yeah. I think every forum needs a guy who randomly posts MS Paint cartoons.
