Finally finished, I'm tired, so there might be mistakes. Let me know if someone shows up twice or someone's missing or the teams should be organized differently.

Also, it's important that some US players, or players on large teams volunteer to play for some of the smaller teams because all teams should have at least 1 sub, and 2 would be much better. If you want to play for a different team, make a post here and I'll switch you over. Team leaders were basically just decided by experience, activity, or skill level.

US teams were randomized on #armagetron.tourneys if anyone's interested.
