I've never been into trading cards or role-playing or any of that stuff. You guys are dorks.
Zelda: I never had it for my old NES, but now I have NES and SNES emulators, so I have the first three. I also have the two for N64 (the real thing), which are the only ones I've played all the way through, and these are great. In a few years when I can buy a used GameCube for $35 (as my N64 was), I'll play the one(s) made for it.
There's this trading card game where guys of 40 all over the world even play, it's called Magic the Gathering... Very popular everywhere, and there are VERY expensive cards
I finally saw a pokemon cartoon the other day. My kids picked it from the library.
Maybe the reason I'm feeling so dumb right now is because I watched it. Suffice it to say, my wife already took it back, and promised not to get that stuff again.
Ok, Ok, pokemon was a bad cartoon, card game, hell, franchise in general.
But! Pokemon Red and or Blue version were the funnest gameboy games i have every played. Pokemon was a really fun game. Nothing was greater than hunting down monsters and either beating the hell out of them or capturing and enslaving them to do your bidding. Pokemon was a bad franchise I must admit, but at least play the games that started the nightmare. They were an whole lot of fun.
