I have a nearly brand new PC with Windows XP, onboard Asus video card.
AA worked fine on this computer up until I messed with the screen resolutions. Now it opens into a window which is black for a moment, then goes white and stays there. I returned the computers settings back to normal and it still has this problem.
If I full screen it, the screen turns black and the program stops responding.
I've tried reinstalling it and starting over fresh, but it seems there's some configurations that are being left behind that aren't being deleted.
Any ideas?

The configuration files are stored with your user data (C:\Documents and Settings\{user name} or something). Search for a file named user.cfg, that's the custom configuration file. Deleting it reverts to default settings.
A white window, however, is what you get when you set your desktop color depth to 8 bit. Armagetronad and any other 3d game requires 16 bit, so check your display settings whether your color depth is at least 16.
