I found this cool bike mesh at a 3d site and was able to convert it to flash...

Also very cool. Why does it seem a little jerky tho? Or is that just flash?

not sure, it seems ok but flash has been known to be jerky b4

I forget the site but it has black pages and lots of files in 3d format. I've been there many times with flash before. I use Swift3D to import a 3ds (max) file and then add colors and usually animation like the rotation of the wireframe version. Then export either the colored or wireframe version as a swf file, then import the swf file into Flash as a library object. Adding scenes, effects, sound or whatver is easy from there...
