That GIF seems to work correctly, but I'm not sure about the timing.

Safari (and webkit) now use features that aren't available in 10.2, and people wouldn't buy new versions if Apple back-ported everything.

At least one exception, however, is iTunes. Kinda odd, maybe. Anyhow, at least you backport, heh, at least where AA is concerned. :D
