LAN game in Austin

Post by gss »

If you're interested in playing in a LAN game in Austin, TX, reply here or send me a PM. I know there are a few players in Austin, Houston, Dallas, etc.

We may try something in early Jan before colleges resume classes. I'm offering to host at my house and grill up some dinner.

I'm interested, but scheduling will be pretty tight for me this christmas. Besides family obligations, looks like I'm studying precalculus, since I'm skipping it. ;)

precal was easy

maxes and mins, just derive and solve for x or y or whatever

calculus was a lot better, at least AP Cal was, then you do related rates and that's the best ;)

Woops... the day I stopped monitoring this thread was the day the system stopped emailing me when replies were posted. Anyway...

I have a laptop and a desktop; so you're welcome to use one of those. I also have an extra monitor (or two) if anybody doesn't want to lug one of those.

So, it's currently a 3-person game. There's got to be some mature, responsible Dallas player who can arrange a road-trip down to Austin. Anybody?

I'll bump this up one more time... if no more interest than just me, Luci, and tard, we can just forego the LAN game and kill each other in one of Luci's servers.

Sorry gss, lucifer, others. I'll be on the west coast thru the first week of January, and when I come back I'll be buried with schoolwork. Maybe next time...
