does "dead mans trail" still exist?

What do you want to see in Armagetron soon? Any new feature ideas? Let's ponder these ground breaking ideas...

hello,.. does the dev team know about the deadmans trail bug?

| right there at the end of a dead persons trail (the @@ is the bike)


on a short-trails server like the fortress, thers about say ... 6-8 bike lenghts of invisitrail past teh end of where the game shows their trail when they died

this been fixed yet?

Thanks. Since nobody reported it until now, no, it's not yet fixed. It looks like it's a clientside bug.

its happened to me alot at fortress lately, cuz i like to defend, & soemtimes my team-mates will die early & their dead trails are sticking into the middle of the zone from whence they started..

and then i go to go around their trails & mis-judge how much length to give thier dead mans trail, & then i blewt up reeeeel good.
